os assuntos relativos \u00e0 gest\u00e3o financeira e cont\u00e1bil; coordenar a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias anuais do programa; preparar e acompanhar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria \u00e0 tramita\u00e7\u00e3o dos pedidos de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos; e elaborar e emitir as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de desembolso ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Coordenador Executivo.<\/p><p>T\u00eam tamb\u00e9m como atribui\u00e7\u00f5es: coordenar o processo de contabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o geral dos gastos do Projeto;
